- 100 Pixel Minimum, Maximum is whats left.
- You don't own any part of this website but are granted the right to submit an image and link to be published on the Memphis Million page in the requested space you requested.
- You cannot change the image once it has been published.
- You cannot change the link once it has been published.
- Once published, there is no refund.
- The site will be available until at least December 31, 2014, guaranteed.
- No offensive, discriminatory, obscene material in your initial submitted image or link. If deemed (at the sole discretion of Memphis Million) to be inappropriate, you will be given the opportunity to submit a replacement image and/or link. If not done, you will be refunded your money and your pixels will be reallocated for purchase.
- If you have a successfully submitted image and link and later change the content of the referenced site to include offensive, discriminatory, offensive material, your link will be removed until a new link is provided that meets initial submission criteria and there will be no refund for downtime.
- Image must be JPG, GIF, Non-animated, and the exact size of the pixel space purchased.
- You must have the authority to place links to the website submitted as the link.
- Images and links will be placed on the site within 48 hours of clearance of funds through PayPal.
- You must read and understand the items in the About Us, FAQ section.
